Do you have a physical exercise habit, at least for 15 minutes a day? If so, you may have a chance to have three years longer for your life expectancy. That habit could also decrease your risk of death down to 14 percent too. That’s the findings of a recent study performed by Montreal Heart Institute and the Universite de Montreal in Quebec.
The popular suggestion is that adults must perform their physical exercise at least a total of one and a half hours, but the study found 15 minutes are enough to provide benefits. The study tracked more than 400,000 people in Taiwan for a quite long period: eight years. Participants self-reported their amounts of weekly exercise.
